     Elisha Sweet was born on Thursday, 26 January 1775 at Colony of Rhode Island, British America, (now Rhode Island).¹

     Tabitha Sweet was born on Thursday, 2 November 1786 at Colony of Rhode Island, British America, (now Rhode Island).¹ She was probably included as a free white female, in the household of Sylvester Sweet on the 1790 Census at East Greenwich, Kent County, Rhode Island.²

     Leander A. Ostein was born on Wednesday, 8 July 1863 at Green Springs, Seneca County, Ohio.¹ Leander Austin (given age 7) was listed as a household member living with William Austin (given age 38) on the 1870 Census on 1 July 1870 at Adams Township, Seneca County, Ohio.² Leander Austin (given age 16) was listed as the son of William Austin (given age 47) on the 1880 Census recorded 14 June 1880 Adams Township, Seneca County, Ohio.³
     The 1900 US Census enumerated him as Leander Ostein (given age 40), the head of household at Auglaize Township, Allen County, Ohio, on 8 June 1900, living alone. Leander, a widower, was a Day Laborer.⁴
     Leander A. Ostein married first Sarah E. Holman, daughter of (?) Holman, say 1903.
     The 1910 US Census enumerated him as Leander Austin (given age 49), the head of household Auglaize Township, Allen County, Ohio, on 4 May 1910. Also living in the household were his wife, Edna B. Austin (given age 53), his step son, Bernice C. Ostein (given age 16), his step daughter, Nimmia L. Hesser (given age 13), his brother-in-law, John Holman (given age 45) .⁵
     Leander A. Ostein was issued a U.S. Passport on 29 December 1915.¹
     At age 53, Leander A. Ostein married second Lucy J. McCartney, age 50, daughter of Andrew Jackson McCartney and Rebecca Smith, on Sunday, 24 June 1917 at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio.⁶
     Leander A. Ostein and Lucy J. Ostein returned from a visit to Tela, Honduras and Puerto Barrios, Guatemala on 2 September 1917 at Port of New Orleans, New Orleans, Orleans Parish, Louisiana.⁷
     Leander A. Ostein lived from 1917 to 1923 at Mattoax, Amelia County, Virginia.¹
     The 1920 US Census enumerated him as Leander A. Ostein (given age 56), the head of household at Glies Magisterial District, Amelia County, Virginia, on 31 March 1920. Also living in the household were his wife, Lucy J. Ostein (given age 53) .⁸
     Leander A. died in 1923 Mattoax, Amelia County, Virginia, leaving Lucy J. as a widow. Leander A. Ostein was buried in 1923 in the Green Lawn Cemetery, located at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio.⁹

     Sibbel W. Green was born on Thursday, 5 March 1857 at Michigan.¹ Sibbie W. Greene (given age 13) was listed as a household member living with William L. Greene (given age 40) on the 1870 Census on 10 June 1870 at Reed Township, Seneca County, Ohio.² Silsbee Green (given age 23) was listed as the son of Milan Green (given age 50) on the 1880 Census recorded 15 June 1880 Reed Township, Seneca County, Ohio.³
     At age 25, S. W. Green (given age 26) married first Jessie E. McCartney (given age 24), age 24, daughter of Charles McCartney and Julia Ann King, on Monday, 25 December 1882 at Seneca County, Ohio.^4,5
     His wife, Ella, died on 27 April 1888 at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio, at age 29, leaving Sibbel W. as a widower.⁶ He was listed in the obituary of Ella J. Green on 10 May 1888, in the Seneca Advertiser, published at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio, as a surviving husband.⁷
     At age 32, Sibbel W. Green married second Francis L. Kelly, age 25, daughter of Francis Kelly and Phoebe A. Eaton, on Wednesday, 4 December 1889 Seneca County, Ohio.⁴
     The 1895 Kansas State Census enumerated him as S. W. Green (given age 38), the head of household at Peabody, McPherson County, Kansas, on 1 March 1895. Frank Green (given age 31), Charly Green (given age 9), Neal Green (given age 7) and Garda Green (given age 4) were listed as household members. L. O. Green (given age 36) was listed as his neighbor.⁸
     The 1900 US Census enumerated him as Silsby W. Green (given age 43), the head of household at Attica, Seneca County, Ohio, on 21 June 1900. Also living in the household was his wife, Frankie Green (given age 35), his sons, Charles Green (given age 14) and Lewis N. Green (given age 12), his daughter, Garda Green (given age 9), his mother-in-law, Pheba A. Kelly (given age 65) . Silsby was employed as a Tinner.⁹
     The 1910 US Census enumerated him as Sillsbee Green (given age 52), the head of household at High Street, Attica, Seneca County, Ohio, on 16 April 1910. Also living in the household were his wife, Francis Green (given age 45), his daughter, Garda Green (given age 19), his mother-in-law, Phoebe Kelley (given age 76) . Sillsbee was the Proprietor of a Laundry.¹⁰
     Silsbee Week died on 8 May 1915 Attica, Seneca County, Ohio, at age 58 leaving Francis L. as a widow.¹ Sibbel W. Green was buried in the Attica-Venice Township Cemetery, located at Venice Township, Seneca County, Ohio.^1,6

     Lucretia Lake was born in 1814 at Vermont. She was probably included as a free white female, newborn to ten years old, in the household of Israel Waggoner (given age 26-44) on the 1820 Census on 7 August 1820 at Huron Township, Huron County, Ohio.¹
     Lucretia Lake married Thomas Thompson say 1851. Lucretia Thompson (given age 49) was listed as a household member living with Thomas Thompson (given age 74) on the 1860 Census on 4 June 1860 at Amanda Township, Hancock County, Ohio.² Lucretia Thompson (given age 56) was listed as a household member living with Thomas Thompson (given age 84) on the 1870 Census on 28 June 1870 Amanda Township, Hancock County, Ohio.³
     At the time of her mother's death in 1872, Lucretia resided at Van Lue, Hancock County, Ohio.⁴ She was listed as the mother-in-law of James Moyer (given age 31) on the 1880 Census recorded 22 June 1880 at Findlay, Hancock County, Ohio.⁵

     Thomas Thompson was born in 1786 at Colony of Virginia, British America, (now Virginia).
     The 1850 US Census enumerated him as Thos. Thompson (given age 64), the head of household at Amanda Township, Hancock County, Ohio, on 14 September 1850. John Thompson (given age 39), Lydia Thompson (given age 33), Wm. Thompson (given age 28), Jonathan Thompson (given age 21), James Thompson (given age 19) and Juliann Thompson (given age 17) were listed as household members. Thos. was a Farmer.¹
