McCartney (given age 22) was listed as the son of Forrest J. McCartney (given age 56) on the 1920 Census recorded 5 January 1920 at 111 Fox Street, Lapeer, Lapeer County, Michigan. Ralph was a Bookeeper in a Bank.⁴
