Rice (given age 9), Henry Rice (given age 6) and Ezra Rice (given age 4) were listed as household members. Daniel was self employed as a farmer.³

Also living in the household were his wife, Sarah E. Rice (given age 34), his sons, Stanley Rice (given age 7) and William J. Rice (given age 2), his daughters, Estelle L. Rice (given age 11), Rosannah Rice (given age 9) and Baby Rice (given age 1 month) . Henry was employed as a Physician.³
     Henry Nickey died on 22 January 1935 at Covina, Los Angeles County, California.²
