     Hannah Clark was born on Thursday, 26 March 1818 at Cayuga County, New York.2 She was probably included as a free white female, newborn to ten years old, in the household of William Clark (given age 26-44) on the 1820 Census on 7 August 1820 at Genoa, Cayuga County, New York.3
     At age 21, Hannah Clark married Robert G. Clendenin, age 27 on Tuesday, 1 October 1839 at Whiteside County, Illinois.2 Hannah Clenduming (given age 32) was listed as a household member living with R. G. Clenduming (given age 38) on the 1850 Census on 30 August 1850 at District 37, Whiteside County, Illinois.4
     The 1870 US Census enumerated her as Hannah Clendenning (given age 52), the head of household at Mount Pleasant, Whiteside County, Illinois, on 25 August 1870. Cassus M. Clendenning (given age 20) was listed as a household member.5
     Hannah died on 16 May 1900 at Morrison, Whiteside County, Illinois, at age 82.2 She was buried in the Grove Hill Cemetery, located at Morrison, Whiteside County, Illinois.2 She has also been reported to have died on Wednesday, 7 July 1886 at Pleasant Township, Seneca County, Ohio, at age 68 years, 3 months and 11 days.1

     The 1860 US Census enumerated him as Alpheus Clark (given age 36), the head of household Lyndon, Whiteside County, Illinois, on 11 July 1860. Augusta P. Clark (given age 27), Carrie E. Clark (given age 4) and Minnie B. Clark (given age 1) were listed as household members. Alpheus was self employed as a farmer.3
     Alpheus Clark began military service on 18 September 1861. Commissioned as a Captain in Company C, 8th Cavalry Regiment Illinois on 18 Sep 1861. He served in the military at Boonsboro, Washington County, Maryland. Commissioned as a Major in Company S, 8th Cavalry Regiment Illinois on 24 May 1863. Died on 6 Jul 1863.
     Alpheus died on 6 July 1863 at Army Hospital, Georgetown, Washington, District of Columbia, at age 40.2

Lovina Dart (given age 37), Arthur Dart (given age 5) and Mary Dart (given age 7 months) were listed as household members. Harrison was self employed as a farmer.2
     Harrison died on 30 August 1896 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, at age 80.3 He was buried in the Savannah Memorial Park Cemetery, located at Rosemead, Los Angeles County, California.4

     James Mathers was elected to the office of Trustee, on 4 June 1821 at Eden Township, Seneca County, Ohio.3
     At age 24, James Mathers married Sarah Clark, age 21, daughter of Judge William L. Clark and Sarah Leach, on Thursday, 29 November 1821 at Seneca County, Ohio. The wedding ceremony was conducted by Justice David Smith Esq.1
     James Mathers served on a jury in Seneca County, Ohio in April 1825. The case was a continuation of Seneca County's first case in common pleas: Jesse Spencer vs. Josiah Hedges.3
     James Mathers relocated at Plainfield Township, Will County, Illinois, in 1832. This document , provided by Michael A. Lambert, President of the Plainfield Historical Society, details the Mathers family history as related to Plainfield, Illinois.2 He acquired two parcels of acres of land on 22 November 1834 located Plainfield Township, Will County, Illinois.1
     James Mathers and Sarah Mathers relocated at St. Louis, Missouri, in April 1842. Letters nominating James and Carolan as farmers to the Nebraska Mission Pawnees were written at St. Louis, Missouri on 25 April 1842.1
     James Mathers and Sarah Mathers relocated at Pawnee Nation, North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska, in October 1842. The Mathers’ nominations are confirmed on 07 Oct 1842, by which time they are in Nebraska.2,1
     James Mathers relocated at Santa Clara County, California, in 1846. He and his party travelled by wagon train over the California-Oregon Trail. They crossed the mountains just ahead of the infamous Donner Party.2
     James Mathers relocated at San Luis Obispo County, California, in 1858.2
     The 1860 US Census enumerated him as James Mathers (given age 63), the head of household San Luis Obispo County, California, on 21 June 1860. Sarah Mathers (given age 60) was listed as a household member. Carolan Mathers (given age 37) was listed as his neighbor.4
     His wife, Sarah, died on 6 August 1869 at Cambria, San Luis Obispo County, California, at age 69, leaving James as a widower.1
     James died of old age on 16 April 1870 Cambria, San Luis Obispo County, California, at age 73.1
