     William Hunter bought 160 Acres, a quarter section at Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio, on 28 March 1828. The consideration was $300.3
     The 1830 US Census enumerated him as William Hunter, the head of household living alone Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio, on 1 June 1830.4
     At age 33, William Hunter married Clarinda Hedges, age 25, daughter of Josiah Hedges and Rebecca Russell, on Sunday, 28 November 1830 at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio. The wedding ceremony was conducted by James Robinson V.D.M.5,6,3
     The 1840 US Census enumerated him as William Hunter (given age 40-50), the head of household Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio, on 1 June 1840. Based on ages, it is possible that the following were also living in the household: Josiah H. Hunter, a free white male, newborn to 5 years old, Samuel S. Hunter, a free white male, age five to ten years old, Mary A. Hunter, a free white female age newborn to five years old, Marcina Hunter and Rebecca Hunter, free white females age five to ten years of age, Clarinda Hunter, a free white female age thirty to forty years old. Samuel Hunter was listed as a neighbor.7
     The 1850 US Census enumerated him as William Hunter (given age 50), the head of household Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio, on 1 August 1850. Clarinda Hunter (given age 45), Rebecca Hunter (given age 18), Samuel S. Hunter (given age 17), Marcina Hunter (given age 15), Mary A. Hunter (given age 13), Josiah H. Hunter (given age 11), Clarinda Hunter (given age 9), Eveline Hunter (given age 7), William Hunter (given age 5) and John Hunter (given age 2) were listed as household members. Samuel Hunter was listed as his neighbor. William was a Farmer. He and his wife owned land valued at a total of $19,150.8
     The 1860 US Census enumerated him as William Hunter (given age 62), the head of household Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio, on 16 June 1860. Clarinda Hunter (given age 56), Samuel Hunter (given age 26), Marcina Hunter (given age 23), Clara Hunter (given age 18), Eveline Hunter (given age 16), William Hunter (given age 14) and John Hunter (given age 12) were listed as household members. William was a Farmer. He owned land valued at $23,608.9
     William died on 24 December 1868 Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio, at age 71 leaving Clarinda as a widow.1 William Hunter was buried in the Green Lawn Cemetery, located at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio.1
     William's obituary appeared say January 1869, Seneca County, Ohio. As listed in the obituary, William was survived by.3 A biography of William Hunter was published in 1886.

     Clarinda Hedges was born on Friday, 11 January 1805 at St. Clairsville, Belmont County, Ohio.1
     At age 25, Clarinda Hedges married William Hunter, age 33, son of Andrew Hunter and Jean Thompson, on Sunday, 28 November 1830 at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio. The wedding ceremony was conducted by James Robinson V.D.M.2,3,4 Clarinda Hunter was probably included as a free white female, age thirty to forty years old, in the household of William Hunter (given age 40-50) on the 1840 Census on 1 June 1840 at Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio.5 Clarinda Hunter (given age 45) was listed as a household member living with William Hunter (given age 50) on the 1850 Census on 1 August 1850 Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio.6 Clarinda Hunter (given age 56) was listed as a household member living with William Hunter (given age 62) on the 1860 Census on 16 June 1860 Clinton Township, Seneca County, Ohio.7
     Her husband, William, died on 24 December 1868 Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio, at age 71, leaving Clarinda as a widow.1
     The 1870 US Census enumerated her as Clorinda Hunter (given age 65), the head of household Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio, on 1 July 1870. Eva Hunter (given age 25), John Hunter (given age 23), Minnie Glass (given age 16) and Patrick Sweney (given age 18) were listed as household members. Clorinda was employed as a Widow, Keeping House. She owned farm land worth $30,700.8
     The 1880 US Census enumerated her as Clarinda Hunter (given age 74), the head of household at West Perry Street, Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio, on 5 June 1880. Also living in the household were, her son, John Hunter (given age 33), her daughter, Eva Hunter (given age 37) , a servant, M. D. Matley (given age 55). Clarinda was employed as a Widow, Housekeeping.9,10
     Clarinda died in 1894 at Seneca County, Ohio. She was buried in the Green Lawn Cemetery, located at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio.1 Her estate was probated in 1896 Seneca County, Ohio.11

     The 1900 US Census enumerated him as Charles H. Dimm (given age 36), the head of household at Front Street, Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania, on 4 June 1900. Also living in the household was his wife, Mary B. Dimm (given age 38), his son, Charles A. Dimm (given age 4), his brother-in-law, Charles Snodgrass (given age 44) . Charles was employed as a medical doctor.5
     The 1910 US Census enumerated him as Charles H. Dimm (given age 46), the head of household at Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania, on 18 April 1910. Also living in the household were his wife, Mary S. Dimm (given age 46), his son, Charles A. Dimm (given age 13), his brother-in-law, Charles A. Snodgrass (given age 52) .      The 1920 US Census enumerated him as Charles Dimm (given age 56), the head of household at 305 East Walnut Street, Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania, on 10 January 1920. Also living in the household were his wife, Mary B. Dimm (given age 57), his brother-in-law, Charles Snodgrass (given age 63) . Charles was employed as a Medical Doctor.7
     The 1930 US Census enumerated him as Charles L. Dimm (given age 66), the head of household at 321 South Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania, on 10 April 1930. Also living in the household was his wife, Mary Dimm (given age 66). Charles was employed as a Physician.8
     His wife, Mary, died in 1937, leaving Charles Hill as a widower.1
     Charles Hill died in 1952.1 He was buried in the Mifflinburg Cemetery, located at Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania.1

Samuel was a Farm Gardener.10
     Samuel S. died in December 1905 Seneca County, Ohio.
     Samuel S. Hunter lived in 1906 at 1015 Pearl Street, Sandusky, Erie County, Ohio.11 He was buried on Monday, 1 January 1906 in the Oakland Cemetery, located at Seneca County, Ohio. Samuel's obituary appeared on 2 January 1906, in the Sandusky Register, published at Sandusky, Erie County, Ohio.12

     Marcina Hunter married Charles H. Dresbach, age 26, son of Charles F. Dresbach and Lucinda Russell, on Thursday, 29 October 1863 at Seneca County, Ohio. The wedding ceremony was conducted by Rev. Jeremiah H. Good.5 Marcene Dressbach (given age 40) was listed as the wife of Chas. H. Dressbach (given age 42) on the 1880 Census recorded 3 June 1880 at Main Street, Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio.6 Marcina H. Dresbach (given age 65) was listed as the wife of Chas. Henry Dresbach (given age 62) on the 1900 Census recorded 2 June 1900 at 90 Water Street, Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio.7
     Her husband, Charles, died on 22 September 1909 at 466 Grace Avenue, Youngstown, Mahoning County, Ohio, at age 72, leaving Marcina as a widow.1 She was listed as the mother-in-law of Benjamin F. Kaup (given age 55) on the 1910 Census recorded 28 April 1910 Youngstown, Mahoning County, Ohio.8
     Marcenah H. died on 15 April 1914 at Youngstown, Mahoning County, Ohio.1 She was buried on Saturday, 18 April 1914 at Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio.1
