     The 1930 US Census enumerated him as Frank H. Wagoner (given age 56), the head of household at White Plains, Westchester County, New York, on 2 April 1930. Also living in the household were his wife, Ada V. Wagoner (given age 57), his son, Frank H. Wagoner Jr. (given age 17), his mother, Gertrude F. Wagoner (given age 84) .      She received her Masters degree from Columbia University in New York City. She was a teacher in elementary school in Lake Odessa for a time.7 She was listed as the daughter of William H. McCartney (given age 56) on the 1920 Census recorded 2 January 1920 Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan.8 Alice J. McCartney (given age 36) was listed as the daughter of William H. McCartney (given age 67) on the 1930 Census recorded 3 April 1930 Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan.9
     She was employed in the office of Dr. J.P. Parsons in Detroit for 25 years before moving to Lansing, MI.7
     At the time of her death in 1975, Alice resided Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan.
     Alice Julia died on 1 January 1975 at Provincial House, East Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan, at age 81. She never married.7,10,11

McCartney (given age 14) was listed as the daughter of William McCartney (given age 46) on the 1910 Census recorded 29 April 1910 Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan.7 Grace May McCartney graduated from Lake Odessa School System at Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan, in 1913.2 She graduated with a degree in Office Management from McLichlem-Davenport College at Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan, in 1915.2 She was listed as the daughter of William H. William Henry McCartney was named as his nearest relative.1 Arthur H. McCartney (given age 21) was listed as the son of William H. McCartney (given age 56) on the 1920 Census recorded 2 January 1920 Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan.7
     Arthur Hale McCartney Sr. married Edrie Lucille Pull, daughter of Emerson Pull and Mamie Morgan, in 1923 Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan.8,4
     The 1930 US Census enumerated him as Arthur H. McCartney (given age 31), the head of household at Washington Boulevard, Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan, on 2 April 1930. Also living in the household were his wife, Edrie L. McCartney (given age 28), his son, Arthur McCartney Jr. (given age 2 yr, 5 mo), his daughters, Lucille M. McCartney (given age 5), Mary L. McCartney (given age 3 yr, 11 mo) and Particia A. McCartney (given age 2 months) . William H. McCartney (given age 67) and William C. McCartney (given age 36) were listed as his neighbors. McCartney (given age 17) was listed as the son of William McCartney (given age 46) on the 1910 Census recorded 29 April 1910 Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan.5 William Cornell McCartney graduated from Lake Odessa High School at Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan, in 1912.6
     At age 20, William Cornell McCartney married Vera May Figg, age 19, daughter of David Figg and Ida Stinchcomb, on Saturday, 1 March 1913 at Sebewa Township, Ionia County, Michigan.7
     The 1920 US Census enumerated him as Wm. C. McCartney (given age 27), the head of household at 3698 Cherry Lawn Avenue, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, on 1 June 1920. Also living in the household were his wife, Vera McCartney (given age 26), his son, Hale McCartney (given age 6), his daughter, Frances McCartney (given age 4 yr, 5 mo) . Wm. was employed as a Real Estate Agent.8
     The 1930 US Census enumerated him as William C. McCartney (given age 36), the head of household Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan, on 2 April 1930. Also living in the household were his wife, Vera M. McCartney (given age 35), his sons, Hale McCartney (given age 16), Roger McCartney (given age 7) and Robert McCartney (given age 5), his daughter, Frances McCartney (given age 14) . William H. McCartney (given age 67) and Arthur H. McCartney (given age 31) were listed as his neighbors. William was employed as a Cashier at a Bank.9
     William Cornell died on 15 March 1957 in the Hollywood Florida Hospital, located at Hollywood, Broward County, Florida, at age 64 leaving Vera May as a widow. He and his wife had been vacationing in Florida during the past four weeks.10,6,11
     William's obituary appeared in March 1957, in the Grand Rapids Press, published at Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan. As listed in the obituary, William was survived by.12 He was buried in the Lakeside (Lakewood) Cemetery, located at Lake Odessa, Ionia County, Michigan.10
     According to his obituary, he taught at the Limerick school for about a year following his graduation. After that he worked for his father at the McCartney store until 1914 when he went to work for the Lake Odessa State Savings Bank for several years. For a short time
he moved to Detroit where he held a position with the Dime Savings bank but returned to
Lake Odessa when he was offered the position of Cashier at State Savings bank until the crash of 1929. For several years following, he was in charge of liquidating the assets of the bank. In 1935 he started his insurance business, later adding real estate.6
