     Stephen Pratt married Elizabeth Livingston, daughter of John Livingston and Rebecca McClung, at Hector, Schuyler County, New York.1
     The 1810 US Census enumerated him as S. Pratt (given age 45+), the head of household at Buffalo, Niagara County, New York, on 6 August 1810. Based on ages, it is possible that the following were also living in the household:, Elizabeth Livingston, a free white female, ages twenty-six to forty-five years of age.2
     Stephen died of drowning in 1815 at Lake Erie, near Buffalo, Erie County, New York, leaving Elizabeth as a widow.1

Livingston, son of John Livingston and Rebecca McClung, say 1806.1 Elanah Livingston was probably included as a free white female, age forty to fifty years old, in the household of John H. Livingston (given age 50-60) on the 1840 Census on 1 June 1840 at Town of Catlin, Chemung County, New York.2 Elena Livingston (given age 63) was listed as a household member living with John H. Livingston (given age 66) on the 1850 Census on 1 August 1850 Town of Catlin, Chemung County, New York.3 Lana Livingston (given age 74) was listed as a household member living with John Livingston (given age 77) on the 1860 Census on 16 September 1860 Town of Catlin, Chemung County, New York.4 Lania Livingston (given age 84) was listed as a household member living with Jacob Larry (given age 51) on the 1870 Census on 17 August 1870 Town of Catlin, Chemung County, New York.5
     Elanah died on 30 October 1879 at Catlin, Chemung County, New York, at age 93.1 She was buried in the Johnson's Hollow / Maple Grove Cemetery, located at Chemung County, New York.1

     The 1860 US Census enumerated him as Milton DeLand (given age 39), the head of household Flushing Township, Genesee County, Michigan, on 7 June 1860. Rachel DeLand (given age 37), Mary L. DeLand (given age 14), Alice DeLand (given age 5) and Theodore Armstrong (given age 16) were listed as household members.3
     The 1870 US Census enumerated him as Milton DeLand (given age 49), the head of household at South Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan, on 28 June 1870.      Joel Levi DeLand was born on Saturday, 2 April 1825 at Candor, Tioga County, New York.1
     At age 24, Joel Levi DeLand married Mary Isabella Livingston, age 24, daughter of Adam Livingston and Amy Spence, on Sunday, 17 March 1850.1
     The 1860 US Census enumerated him as J. L. DeLand (given age 35), the head of household at Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, on 27 July 1860. Mary L. DeLand (given age 34), Wiliam W. DeLand and Amy A. DeLand (given age 3) were listed as household members. J. was employed as a Student of Divinity.2
     The 1870 US Census enumerated him as John L. DeLand (given age 45), the head of household at Saginaw, Saginaw County, Michigan, on 14 July 1870. Mary DeLand (given age 44), Emil DeLand (given age 13), Minna DeLand (given age 8) and Carie DeLand (given age 5) were listed as household members.3
     The 1880 US Census enumerated him as Levi J. De Land (given age 54), the head of household at Novi, Oakland County, Michigan, on 29 June 1880. Also living in the household were his wife, Mary De Land (given age 52) .4
