Viz, A married man for committing fornication in his own house with his Servant maid & afterwards to be whippd on the naked back with thirty stripes or to pay twenty pounds in money as a fine to his Majesty, and to give bond of thirty pounds for his appearance at his Majesty's next Court of Sessions of the Peace to be holden in Boston on the last
Monday in January next then & there to Answer such Charges as the Court shall See Good to award him for maintenance of the Child....
