Williams (given age 49) on the 1930 Census recorded 2 April 1930 at 104 Washington Street, Sharon, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. She was employed as a stenographer in the City Clerk's office.⁵

     William Ralph Lansdowne began military service on 22 April 1943 at Fort Myer near Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia. He enlisted as a Private in the US Army for the duration of World War II.⁶
     At age 67, William Ralph Lansdowne married second Vera B. Barnes on Monday, 3 October 1977 at Potter County, Texas.¹
