     The 1930 US Census enumerated him as Arthur E. Hamlin (given age 35), the head of household Peyton, El Paso County, Colorado, on 8 April 1930. Also living in the household were his wife, Clara Hamlin (given age 34), his sons, James Hamlin (given age 8) and Robert Hamlin (given age 1 year 6 months), his daughters, Josephine Hamlin (given age 12), Dorothy Hamlin (given age 10), Althea Hamlin (given age 6) and Artice Hamlin (given age 3 years 6 months) . Arthur was employed as an Auto Mechanic at a Garage.⁷
     Arthur Eugene died in May 1964 at age 70.⁸ He was buried on Thursday, 28 May 1964 in the Fort Logan National Cemetery, located at Denver, Denver County, Colorado. Buried At Section P Site 193.⁵
