The 1790 US Census enumerated him as Elisha Burr, the head of household at Bellingham, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, on 1 September 1790. Based on ages, it is possible that the following were also living in the household: David Burr, a free white male of 16 years old and upward, Ezekiel Burr, Elisha Burr and Laban Burr, free white males under 16 years old, Lucretia Burr, Lucretia Burr and Olive Burr, free white females. Asa Burr was listed as his neighbor.3
The 1800 US Census enumerated him as Elisha Burr, the head of household at Bellingham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, on 4 August 1800. Based on ages, it is possible that the following were also living in the household:, Ezekiel Burr, a free white male, age sixteen to twenty-six years old, Elisha Burr, a free white male, age twenty-six to forty-five years old, Lucretia Burr, a free white female, age ten to sixteen years of age, Lucretia Burr, a free white female, over forty-five years of age.4
Elisha died on 15 May 1804 Bellingham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, at age 66 leaving Lucretia as a widow.2 Elisha Burr was buried in the Center Cemetery, located at Bellingham, Worcester County, Massachusetts.5
