Lawrence was employed as the Proprietor and Manager of a Bottling Works.1
     At age 25, Lawrence Clifton Sullivan married Ethel M. Chittenden, age 25, daughter of Wells Ardell Chittenden and Minnie Belle Fenton, on Tuesday, 19 June 1917 at Richmond, Virginia.2
     The 1920 US Census enumerated him as Lawrence Sullivan (given age 27), the head of household Blackstone Township, Nottoway County, Virginia, on 5 January 1920. Also living in the household were his wife, Ethel M. Sullivan (given age 24), his daughter, Dorothy J. Sullivan (given age 1 yr, 6 mo), his brother-in-law, Roy T. Chittenden (given age 30) . Lawrence was employed as a Drayer at a Pottery Works.3
     The 1930 US Census enumerated him as L. C. Sullivan (given age 38), the head of household at 209 Brunswick Avenue, Blackstone, Nottoway County, Virginia, on 10 April 1930. Also living in the household were his wife, Ethel Sullivan (given age 36), his sons, L. C. Sullivan Jr. (given age 7 yr, 2 mo) and Robert Sullivan (given age 3 yr, 1 mo), his daughter, Elizabeth Sullivan (given age 4 yr, 6 mo) . L. was employed as a Salesman at a Bottling Plant.4
     Lawrence Clifton died in 1935 Blackstone, Nottoway County, Virginia.

Harold was an Engineer on a Steam Railroad.2
     Nothing further is known of him.
