She was born on Friday, 2 April 1784 at Bottle Hill, Morris County, New Jersey.1 She was probably included as a free white female, age ten to sixteen years old, in the household of George Wagener (given age 45+) on the 1800 Census on 4 August 1800 at Town of Milton, Cayuga County, New York.2
     At age 17, Margaret Waggoner married Jeremiah Millspaugh, age 20, son of Benjamin Millspaugh and Maria Mingus, on Wednesday, 16 December 1801 at Town of Genoa, Cayuga County, New York.3 Margaret Millspaugh was probably included as a free white female, age sixteen to twenty-six years old, in the household of Jeremiah Milspaugh (given age 26-44) on the 1810 Census on 6 August 1810 Town of Genoa, Cayuga County, New York.4 Margaret Millspaugh was probably included as a free white female, age twenty-six to forty-five years old, in the household of Jeremiah Millspaugh (given age 26-44) on the 1820 Census on 7 August 1820 at Townsend Township, Huron County, Ohio.5
     At the time of her mother's application for a widow's military pension in 1839, Margaret resided at Ellington, Chautauqua County, New York.1 She was probably included as a free white female, age fifty to sixty years old, in the household of Jeremiah Millspaugh (given age 50-59) on the 1840 Census on 1 June 1840 Ellington, Chautauqua County, New York.6
     Margaret died on 22 September 1842 Ellington, Chautauqua County, New York, at age 58 leaving Jeremiah as a widower.3

     Phoebe Matteson married first Supply Buck, age 25, son of Francis Buck and Lucretia Thayer, on Thursday, 26 October 1809 at Shaftsbury, Bennington County, Vermont.1 Phoebe Buck was probably included as a free white female, age sixteen to twenty-six years old, in the household of Supply Buck (given age 16-26) on the 1810 Census on 6 August 1810 at Dorset, Bennington County, Vermont.2 Phoebe Buck was probably included as a free white female, age thirty to forty years old, in the household of Supply Buck (given age 40-50) on the 1830 Census on 1 June 1830 Shaftsbury, Bennington County, Vermont.3
     Her husband, Supply, died on 11 September 1835 Shaftsbury, Bennington County, Vermont, at age 51, leaving Phoebe as a widow.1
     Phoebe Matteson married second Cyrus Lane circa 1840. Phebe Lane (given age 68) was listed as a household member living with Louisa Reynolds (given age 48) on the 1860 Census on 9 July 1860 at Columbia, Herkimer County, New York.4
