Kime--One of the largest funerals ever held in Taymouth township was held at Taymouth Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock the last rites being said over the remains of the late David Kime, at his residence, by Rev. Geo. H. Johnson. A quartet composed of Mrs. David Leach, the Misses Maud Foster and Laura Cuthbertson and Fred Holbrook sang "Nearer My God to Thee," "What a Friend We Have in Jesus" and "We'll Never Say Goodbye." The number of floral offerings were many and they were very beautiful. A. Hastings, Joseph Leach, John Leach, David Leach, J. C. McNally and Chas. Foster, acted as pallbearers. Interment was made in Taymouth cemetery.1
