     The 1900 US Census enumerated him as James Q. Waggoner (given age 63), the head of household at Paradox, Montrose County, Colorado, on 21 June 1900. Also living in the household was his wife, Carrie Waggoner (given age 47), his son, Louie H. Waggoner (given age 15), his granddaughters, Myrtle E. Good (given age 7) and Fern S. Good (given age 5) . James was a Farmer.5
     The 1910 US Census enumerated him as James S. Wagner (given age 73), the head of household Paradox, Montrose County, Colorado, on 26 April 1910. Also living in the household were his wife, Carrie M. Wagner (given age 59), his granddaughter, Fern Good (given age 16) .6
     The 1920 US Census enumerated him as James Waggoner (given age 82), the head of household Paradox, Montrose County, Colorado, on 2 January 1920. Also living in the household were his wife, Carrie Waggoner (given age 69) . Louise Abe Waggoner (given age 35) was listed as his neighbor.7
     James Quincy died on 10 February 1926 Paradox, Montrose County, Colorado, at age 88.

     The 1900 US Census enumerated him as Joel V. Wagoner (given age 60), the head of household at Beebe, White County, Arkansas, on 6 June 1900. Also living in the household was his wife, Martha A. Wagoner (given age 62).6 Joel V. Waggoner (given age 70) was listed as the grandfather of Garnett L Dans (given age 26) on the 1910 Census recorded 26 April 1910 at 1524 Sargeant Avenue, Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.7
     Joel V. died on 26 August 1912 in the State Hospital #2, located at St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri, at age 72.8 He was buried on Wednesday, 28 August 1912 in the State Hospital for Insane Cemetery, located at St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri.8
