Waggoner (given age 29) was listed as a household member living with Wm. Thompson (given age 42) on the 1860 Census on 6 June 1860 Unadilla Township, Livingston County, Michigan.³ Monroe B. Waggoner (given age 40) was listed as a household member living with Joel G. Waggoner (given age 30) on the 1870 Census on 20 August 1870 at Carthage Township, Hancock County, Illinois.⁴ Monroe Wagner (given age 50) was listed a boarder in the household of Daniel Perkins (given age 55) on the 1880 Census recorded 9 June 1880 Montgomery County Poor House, located in Sycamore Township, Mongomery County, Kansas. He was a Pauper.⁵ Monroe Wagner (given age 45) was listed as a household member living with J. L.      Floyd M. Dyer was born in July 1855 at Michigan, son of Phillip Dyer & Mary Waggoner. Floyd Dyer Thompson (given age 4) was listed as a household member living with Wm. Thompson (given age 42) on the 1860 Census on 6 June 1860 at Unadilla Township, Livingston County, Michigan.¹
     At age 36, Floyd M. Dyer married Benita Alexander, age 26, daughter of Samuel Alexander and Kezia E. Murry, on Tuesday, 18 August 1891 at Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan.²
     The 1900 US Census enumerated him as M. Floyd Dyer (given age 44), the head of household at Ecorse Township, Wayne County, Michigan, on 2 June 1900. Also living in the household was, his mother, E. Kezia Dyer (given age 69) . M. was employed as a conductor on a steam railroad.³ He was listed as the son-in-law of Samuel Alexander (given age 69) on the 1910 Census recorded 22 April 1910 at 706 17th Street, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.⁴
     The 1920 US Census enumerated him as Floyd M. Dyer (given age 64), the head of household at 984 Hudson Avenue, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, on 13 January 1920. Also living in the household were his wife, Benita A. Dyer (given age 54), his mother-in-law, Kezia E. Alexander (given age 89) . Floyd was employed as a retail grocery merchant.⁵
